The GM French football resigned yesterday to put more doubt for the future of French football. Jacques has been working in the same position since 2005 and has been known as the architect of the successful bid done by France for hosting Euro 2016 tournament. Besides that he has also headed the 1998 World Cup finals organization committee.

During his departure, Jacques was visibly very upset and FFF deputy president Noel Le Graet said that his departure is going to be a serious blow to the organization. It will break disaster for the ongoing campaign of France's World Cup which is going to start this summer.

The troubles began way back in South Africa where the French camp started to crumble and Coach Raymond Domenech faced a boycott by the players during their training session.
